Imaratna helps building owners, managers, tenants, and residents manage building operations, community communication, maintenance tasks, fees, payments, wallets, invitations, and notifications.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, phone number when provided, profile photo, preferred language, and login details. We also process building, unit, membership, role, group, announcement, discussion, task, fee, payment, wallet, usage-period, and support information that you or your building administrators enter into the service.

Device, authentication, and notification data

The mobile app may collect device tokens for push notifications and uses Firebase services, Google Sign-In, and secure local storage for authentication and app reliability. We use this data to keep you signed in, protect your account, deliver notifications, and diagnose errors.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, manage access permissions, process building workflows, send service messages and notifications, respond to support requests, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be visible to building administrators or members according to roles and permissions. We may share limited data with service providers such as hosting, Firebase, Google Sign-In, payment or app-store verification providers, and support tools when needed to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while your account or building membership is active and as needed for operational, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legal reasons. You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards including HTTPS, authenticated API access, role-based permissions, and encrypted device storage for authentication tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information responsibly.
