These terms govern your use of Imaratna, including the website, mobile app, APIs, and related services.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Building access, roles, permissions, unit assignments, and membership changes may be controlled by building administrators.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or building rules.
Building and financial records
Owners, managers, and authorized users are responsible for the accuracy of building data, fees, payments, wallet entries, announcements, tasks, and other records entered into the service. The service supports administration workflows but does not replace professional legal, accounting, or property-management advice.
Subscriptions, renewals, and in-app purchases
Some features may require usage periods, renewal codes, subscriptions, or app-store purchases. Store purchases are also subject to Apple App Store or Google Play terms. Access may be limited when a building usage period expires or when required payments or renewals are not completed.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access creates security, operational, or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our proven fault. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
